Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Important Note: While Heyraise Creative provides strategic marketing solutions designed to strengthen your investor outreach and brand presence, we do not guarantee specific capital-raising outcomes, investor commitments, or financial results. Success depends on various factors, including market conditions, the strength of your offering, and investor interest.

All offers are:

• Transferable: Purchases can be gifted to another capital raiser of your choice.

• Non-refundable: All sales are final.

• Never Expiring: Offers will remain valid for redemption as long as Heyraise LLC continues operations.

Note: A survey will be sent to all “5 Days of Deals” customers requesting feedback of the service provided. By participating, you agree that Heyraise may use your name, company, the work created, and your comments as testimonials on our website and marketing materials. Deal #1: 25% Off Deal Pitch Deck PDF + FREE Corresponding landing Page

• Includes a professionally designed pitch deck of up to 30 pages and a matching landing page with tracking.

• Process:

  1. A Deal Deep Dive Call will kick off the process.

  2. Client delivers deck content based on Heyraise’s pitch deck checklist.

  3. Heyraise provides an outline of the copy for client approval.

  4. Heyraise designs and presents 5 slides for layout approval. Once approved, development begins.

  5. 2 rounds of revisions are allowed for both the pitch deck and landing page design. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Deliverables: A finalized PDF of the pitch deck and a fully developed landing page.

• Timeline: Entire process takes approximately 3 weeks, with landing page development requiring an additional 3-5 days after design approval.

Deal #2: 30% Off Website Design & Development

• Custom website design and development of up to 5 pages.

  1. Additional pages cost $250/page.

  2. Blog post transfers: 10 posts for $250.

• Includes brand guidelines worksheet to align the website with your brand and target audience.

• CRM integrations available (e.g., embedded forms).

• The preferred development platform is Framer (requires $25/month for hosting), however, our team can develop in Wordpress as well.

• Optional Maintenance Plans:

  1. $97/month: Hosting, maintenance, SEO, tracking, and analytics.

  2. $275/month: Includes all of Plan 1 plus unlimited site updates and edits.

Deal #3: 50% Off Lead Magnet Design

• Revamp or create a lead magnet (up to 15 pages) with a new cover image, engaging copy, and refreshed design layout.

• Designed to align with existing branding.

• Process:

  1. Edits to existing copy and new design proposals are submitted for approval.

  2. 2 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Deal #4: 30% Off Brand Identity Creation

• Includes a complete Brandbook with visual and verbal identity elements.

• Process:

  • Participation in the proprietary Brand Guidelines Workshop, including a 3-page questionnaire to define brand voice and target profile.

  • A creative direction proposal for client approval.

  • Delivery of 3 logo concepts with 2 rounds of revisions per concept.

  • Selection of brand colors, fonts, and final brandbook compilation.

• Deliverables include:

  • A graphic template for social media (Canva file).

  • A business card template (Figma file).

  • LinkedIn header and e-signature design.

Deal #5: 50% Off 1-Year Subscription to The Lynx CRM

• Subscription applies to the Fine Dining tier, starting January 10, 2025, and valid through January 9, 2026.

• Setup fee waived.

• Renewal Options: At the end of the subscription period, users may renew annually or switch to a month-by-month plan at the current rate.

• Onboarding: Customers will receive an email to begin onboarding on January 10, 2025, followed by a walkthrough call with The Lynx onboarding team.
